Still in Bacolod.. After having a wonderful tour at Negros Museum, my friend and I went straight to IMAY’S Bar and Restaurant. We had our quick lunch here. We ordered buttered shrimp and sizzling squid. The buttered shrimp is a combination of? shrimp, butter and quail egg coated with a mixture of flour, i think. The sizzling squid tasted good.
Imay’s Bar and Restaurant serves foods that are affordable and delicious. Anybody can eat here. It’s one of the food establishments that you should try in Bacolod!
