On my third day in Bacolod last August 27, 2007, Julz and I decided to have our lunch at Chicken Deli located at the ground floor of SM. We tried their chicken inasal and kare-kare. Their kare-kare didn’t pass my friend’s expectation of the taste she wanted. Hehe! Chicken inasal was ok.
bad service! waiters are arrogant or i may say they need a seminar. the management should look into this after all they mirror what their employees act, or a blunder in the management?
