1. Smartmatic (PCOS machine) shutting down, paper jam, not working, defected
2. Unsystematic flow of voting
3. Multiple precincts, 1 PCOS machine
4. Brown out

You can practice shading a sample ballot for the May 10, 2010 National and Local Elections provided by the Commission on Election. This way you can help educate others on how to do the voting(by shading the oval) the right way. Bear in mind that you only have ONE election ballot when voting.
