			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Galila ed Dagupan (Halina sa Dagupan)! It is another fun-filled event for all the tourists and friends out there this 2010 Bangus Festival in Dagupan City. The event will open starting April 16 to May 1 this year. As a Dagupeño myself, I&#8217;ve had memories in taking part in the festival as a volunteer. This will again mark the history of Dagupan.</p>

<p>Visit different business establishments in Dagupan City for the Great Dagupan Sale on April 16 to May 1 and get up to 50% off on your purchase. New products will also be displayed along Galvan and Jovellanos.</p>

<p>The Dagupan City National High School along with the 31 Barangays of Dagupan will compete for the Gilon Gilon ed Baley street dancing competition. Winner on this event will be the City&#8217;s official representative to compete in the Festivals of the North Street Dancing Contest.</p>

<p>Rock and roll at the Bangusan Street Party. Nine bands will join the party along the New De Venecia Extension Road: Bamboo, Parokya Ni Edgar, Rico Blanco, Spongecola, Gloc 9, Chicosci, Callalily, Urbandub, and The Authority.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>April 27 &#8211; the Festivals of the North was set to start at 1pm but mother nature interrupted the said schedule. It rained cats and dogs before 1pm and it didn&#8217;t stop.Â Well, the show must go on.Â The streetdance went on at about 4pm. Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera of GMA 7&#8242;s hit TeleseryeÂ &#8221;Ang Babaeng Hinugot sa Aking Tadyang&#8221; headed the parade. Participants came from the different towns of Pangasinan with other guests from La Union, Laoag and Iloilo!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>April 15 &#8211; The much awaited Bangus Festival 2009 of Dagupan City has finally started! With a lot of activities scheduled for the day, Gilon Gilon was the highlight! 30 participants from different barangays joined the street dancing. They street danced from Poolside to Burgoz to Perez Blvd. to M.H. Del Pilar to A.B. Fernandez Ave. and lastly, to Plaza where they performed the so-called &#8220;ritual&#8221;.</p>
