April 15 – The much awaited Bangus Festival 2009 of Dagupan City has finally started! With a lot of activities scheduled for the day, Gilon Gilon was the highlight! 30 participants from different barangays joined the street dancing. They street danced from Poolside to Burgoz to Perez Blvd. to M.H. Del Pilar to A.B. Fernandez Ave. and lastly, to Plaza where they performed the so-called “ritual”.
Festivals of the North will happen on the 27th. See you there!
