April 27 – the Festivals of the North was set to start at 1pm but mother nature interrupted the said schedule. It rained cats and dogs before 1pm and it didn’t stop. Well, the show must go on. The streetdance went on at about 4pm. Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera of GMA 7′s hit Teleserye ”Ang Babaeng Hinugot sa Aking Tadyang” headed the parade. Participants came from the different towns of Pangasinan with other guests from La Union, Laoag and Iloilo!
