April 5 Pangasinan’s Official Public Holiday

Pangasinan will celebrate its founding anniversary on April 5. Now a 430-year old province, as determined by Atty. Gonzalo Duque (head of study and research committee) Pangasinan was founded on April 5, 1580.

    Hi there Ms. Joy. it was said to be a non-working holiday for public organizations for sure. I am not sure when it comes to private establishments.
